For our leathers are sourced from factories that follow REACH & LWG Standards. These are global standards for conservation of water and transparency of procuring the raw material from start to finish.

We offer diverse range of products across all categories (Personal, Travel, Stationery, Tech) including all categories, backpacks, wallets, belts, laptop bags, gift sets etc.

Our belts range is currently NOT available online, we are working on it to make it live soon.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We do not charge for any order deliveries within India for orders above Rs. 5000/-

Any difference in amount will either be refunded as gift card/coupon or a payment link will be sent to your contact coordinates for balance.

Customers can exchange a discounted article for a variation of the same article to retain the discount accepted during original purchase.

In case of exchange for a new article, the previous discount will not be valid. Only the ongoing offers/discounts of the new article will be applicable.

It rarely happens, in case if the payment gets debited from your account and order confirmation is not received, your amount will be credited back into your account with 5-7 business working days.

E-gift cards work in a similar way to traditional physical gift cards but without an actual card. This e-gift card, or electronic gift card, is a digital code that we will sent to the recipient via email.

The giver buys the e card online and receives a unique digital code against the same which can be used to buy any product on our website of the same value.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the details of your tracking order. You can also check the status using "TRACK MY ORDER". For any further assistance, you can contact us at sales@ascentdesigns.in

In such rare cases, we request you to drop an email to sales@ascentdesigns.in, sharing images of the product & the order ID. Our team will verify the information and will arrange for a pickup within a maximum time span of 72 hours & we will dispatch you the same product or offer an exchange/return in rare case of the product being out of stock.

To Cancel - Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please mention your order number and the reason for cancellation.

To Modify - We request you to email the details of your order within 12 hours of order being placed at sales@ascentdesigns.in.

Indeed, a 6 months warranty is provided for all material and hardware used in your product starting from the date of purchase.

Elan products are created by highly skilled craftsman, using the one of best of materials in category.

In the rare event that you do come across any defect in material or workmanship within 6 months of purchase, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you on the same.

Please note our replacement policy does not cover products damaged by misuse or mishandling, or product that shows signs of usage and wear-and-tear.

Currently we do not offer repairs for any products.
